LOUIZA XENOPOULOU is a Partner of the Firm. She was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, on the 27th of October, 1982, and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar on the 14th of September 2006, under Registration No. 3388.

 

EDUCATION: LLB (Honours) at Middlesex University, London, England, and LLM (Honors) at Middlesex University, London, England. Author of “Human Rights and the Cyprus Constitution, The European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. A comparative Analysis”.

 

Louiza Xenopoulou has an extensive experience in Commercial and Corporate Law in Cyprus acting for both individual and corporate clients in Cyprus and abroad, especially in corporate structuring, international tax planning and finance. She predominantly deals with Corporate, Company, Contract, and Tax areas of Law, as well as with Aviation law and Intellectual Property Law in Cyprus and abroad.

 

Louiza has also participated in Seminars with regard to “Anti – Money Laundering: Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing”.
